SIGNATURE WINE TASTING & FOOD PAIRING

TWO HUNDRED Foodies and Wine enthusiasts joined a unique Kosher wine collaboration orchestrated by NELLY ROSENKING and New York City landmark wine retailer 67WINE at Marriott Autograph boutique property, The Carlton Hotel.

THE WINE
The 3-hour experience brought together 6 of the major Kosher wine players Royal Wines, Yarden, Allied Wines, Recanati, Happy Hearts and The River side by side for the first time showcasing some of their most premium selections. Yatir, Carmel, Alexander, Shiloh, Barkan, Domaine Netofa, Psagot, Segal’s, Tzuba, Yarden, Galil Mountain, Dalton, Gvaot, Tabor, Teperberg, Gush Etzion, Kadesh Barnea, Bravdo, Odem, Hevron Heights were some of the offerings available to the inquiring palate.

THE FOOD
Nelly Rosenking, together with a collaborative team of top tier caterers, arranged a lavish modern Koshertasting menu to appropriately pair selections of ceviches, tartare, varied meats like merguez, steak, pargiot and lamb along with vegetarian selections and especially imported Israeli desserts.
